  • Somervale Village: new two-storey aged care facility for Metlifecare in Mt Maunganui.
  • Bay of Plenty Regional House: soft strip out of 4 levels of the a live office tower, part of enabling works prior to a major upgrade of the building.
  • Project Tahi, The Base: internal reconfiguration and upgrade in a live trading environment at The Base shopping centre.
  • University of Waikato Thermophilic Re-roof: roof replacement for a sensitive laboratory at the University of Waikato.
