$25.2 million. The showpiece for the vast Kawarau Falls Station complex includes 98 rooms, café, bar, conference facilities, three-level car park and reception/administration area.

Pounamu Luxury Apartments, Queenstown
$41.6 million. The construction in two stages of a premium quality apartment complex of 102 units involved major earthworks.

Lakeside West, Queenstown
$14.4 million. A 42 unit, 4.5 star residential complex, including lounge, spa, sauna and gym, in the Kawarau Falls Station complex.

Queenstown Villas, Queenstown
$8.5 million. Sixteen exclusive, two-level apartments. The project entailed a large civil works contract and a very complex retaining wall.

Leith View, Arana Hall of Residence, Dunedin
$10 million. A 60-bedroom, apartment-style, student accommodation block, including kitchen and luxury dining facilities. National winner education category NZRMB commercial awards 2008.

Arana St David Hall Residence, Dunedin
$8.5 million. Three-level student accommodation block of 104 beds, basement and manager's flat.

St Moritz Apartments, Queenstown
$10 million. A 140-bed hotel built on a single line of accountability GMP contract.

$14 million. Twenty-eight luxury apartments built on a single line of accountability GMP contract.

$10.5 million. Two-storey, 36-unit luxury apartment complex.

$6.5 million. A redevelopment of the historic Eichardts Tavern to build a world-class facility with new retail premises at street level.
