$13.7 million. World-class purpose-built theatre, including the refurbishment of an existing four-storey heritage building.

Silverdale Retail
$50 million. 23,000m2 of mixed retail development featuring The Warehouse Ltd, Countdown, carpark structures and 36 individual retail outlets spanning food, fashion, electrical goods and homewares.

Te Awa, The Base, Te Rapa, Hamilton
$100.0 million. A bulk retail centre with 68 tenancies and more than 44,000m2 of retail trading area.

The Warehouse Extra, Sylvia Park, Mount Wellington
$10.0 million. Multi-faceted project role including design, tenant liaison, planning and construction.

Snells Beach Primary School, Snells Beach
$10.0 million. Greenfields design and build ESD project. Auckland region gold medal and education category winner in NZRMB Commercial Awards 2009.

ASB Hub Manukau
$6.7 million. Three-level bank administration and retail centre. Auckland region retail and business category winner, and silver medallist in NZRMB Awards 2009.

Sky City Diamond Lounge
$4.9 million. Refurbishment of the existing Fortuna restaurant into a new Diamond gaming lounge.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Kotuku Ranui, Waitakere City
$7.5 million. Opened in March 2010, a greenfields design and build 5 Star GreenStar project with a high level of collaboration with local iwi and whanau.

Epsom Girls Grammar School Gymnasium
$3.0 million. Construction of a new sports hall. This successful project led to the award of a further project building changing, teaching and administration facilities within the gymnasium.

Papakura Library
$5.0 million. Design & build GMP project to build new premises for the Papakura Library and the Sir Edmund Hillary Museum.

Mt Roskill Library and Fickling Convention Centre
$2.7 million. Refurbishment of an existing facility for Auckland Council. The library remained operational for a majority of the work.

Sky City Fortuna Restaurant
$2.3 million. High-level refurbishment of an existing gaming lounge into the Fortuna Restaurant.

Muriwai Surf Lifesaving Club
$3.7 million. Community-based project to replace existing clubrooms at Muriwai beach.

Jasmax, Parnell
$5.0 million. Innovative design to house one of New Zealand's leading architectural practices, Jasmax.

Waikato Mail Centre, Te Rapa, Hamilton
$11.0 million. Designed and built to strict ESD standards. Auckland industrial/utility category winner NZRMB awards 2007.

Morningside Apartment Reclad
$6.0 million. Reclad of 4-storey apartment building made up of 67 apartments and a basement carpark.

The Avenues Reclad, Albany
$4.8 million. Reclad and reroof of 48 townhouses in Albany.

Clayton Street Apartment Reclad
$4.8 million. Reclad of 4-storey apartment in Newmarket, comprising 40 apartments.

Vause Street Reclad
$3.1 million. Reclad of 24 detached two-storey apartments in a complex in Ellerslie.

Axon House
$6.0 million. 6-storey office development in Newmarket, consisting of nearly 5000m2 of office space and 900m2 of ground floor retail.

Waitakere Hospital Rangitira Ward
$1.7 million. Refurbishment project involving the creation of 10 new bedrooms with associated playroom and remodelling of the existing paediatric ward areas.

Ravensdown Fertiliser Store, Mata
$2.5 million. Design & build fertiliser store.  The innovative design utilised a LVL timber structure and web glass roofing and cladding to provide durability in the corrosive environment.

Church of Latter Day Saints, Otara
$8.0 million. Environmentally sustainable design features were introduced by Naylor Love during construction of the church and community centre. Auckland silver award winner of leisure category RMB awards 2008.

Massey University, Albany Campus, North Shore City
$8.0 million. Fast-track construction of a new lecture theatre building. Auckland education sector winner, RMB awards, 2006.

Bunnings Mt Roskill, Auckland
$13 million. 11,000m2 of retail space and a car park of the same size.

Bunnings Whangarei
$9 million. New 11,000m2 retail and trade warehouse.

Belmont Lifestyle Village, Devonport, North Shore City
$6.3 million. The ESD extension of 28 apartments, doctors' rooms, chapel and other facilities, while the geriatric hospital remained operational. Auckland silver award winner in health category, RMB awards 2007.
