Managing Director

A qualified electrical engineer based in Auckland, Don has a record of delivering outstanding company growth.  Before being appointed Naylor Love's managing director in 2010, Don was CEO - Contracting and Consulting for Kordia.

Scott Watson

Business Development Director

Scott, a qualified civil engineer with twenty-five years' experience with Naylor Love, has group marketing and business development responsibilities. He also plays a key advisory role on technical issues and buildability across the group.

Fraser Harding

Fraser is a qualified civil engineer with a postgraduate diploma in business management. His experience in project management extends to the Middle East. Previously a managing director of Naylor Love, Fraser is currently South Island manager for the MWH Consulting Group.

Ian McPherson

A chartered accountant with extensive knowledge of the property and construction industries, Ian was previously a managing director of Naylor Love.

Christopher Naylor

A self-employed builder in Central Otago, Christopher specialises in energy efficient and environmentally sustainable construction techniques. Christopher maintains the Naylor connection; his grandfather Hugh was a founder, and his father Ben recently retired as a director after 58 years' service.
