$6.2 million. A four-storey hi-tech steel & glass building connected to existing school blocks. Featuring reception, three levels of classrooms plus offices. Two full-height atriums provide a social focus.

University of Otago ISB (Information Services Building), Dunedin
$37.0 million. High profile reconstruction and staged extension of the university library complex. National winner of NZRMB Supreme Award for Commercial Projects 2003.

$3.5 million. Five-level triangular-shaped private institution. National finalist in NZRMB awards 2007.

$1.4 million. 600m2 of classrooms, administrative areas and a sports hall, constructed using ESD principles.
