After several years as a freelance H&S consultant, Ian joined Naylor Love in 2001. Ian has overseen a dramatic improvement in injury rates as well as a progressive approach to new initiatives over the past decade.

Pam McGarry

Formerly the human resources manager for Diagnostic MedLab, Pam was appointed to her role at Naylor Love in 2007. Pam is responsible for personal development reviews, statutory employment requirements, and performance management and disciplinary matters.

Richard's experience spans professional practice, the entrepreneurial environment, and the dairy industry. A key role is to develop the quality of accounting information and its value as an operational tool in project management, and existing computer applications.

Gavin, a private practice solicitor, was recruited in 1995 to set up and manage Naylor Love Properties Ltd. Gavin also assumed responsibilities as board and company secretary. His latest role is in the management of commercial risk.
