Church of Latter Day Saints, Otara
$8.0 million. ESD features were introduced by Naylor Love during construction of the church and community centre. Auckland silver award winner of leisure category RMB awards 2008.
Wellington Zoo Hospital
$4.5 million. Built to ESD principles, the hospital includes a surgery, laboratory, dispensary, animal enclosures and saltwater pool.
Isaac Theatre Royal, Christchurch
$4.2 million. Redevelopment of heritage theatre, both back stage and front of house. Canterbury tourism and leisure section award winner RMB awards 2006.
Dudley Park Aquatic Centre, Rangiora
$7.5 million. The new aquatic centre incorporates an eight-lane, 25m lap pool, leisure and learn-to-swim pools.
Chateau Marlborough, Blenheim
$3.5 million. Redevelopment included 15 new ‘grand suites’, gym, coffee shop and bar, board and conference rooms, and a new reception area. Marlborough tourism and leisure winner, and commercial project of the year winner RMB awards 2009.
Alpine Aqualand, Queenstown
$17.0 million. World-class swimming pool and leisure centre. National winner NZRMB supreme award for commercial projects, 2009.
Te Papa Exhibition Contract, Wellington
$2.7 million. Eight exhibition projects over two years, including 'Tangata O Le Moana', 'Poisoners', 'Scots in NZ' and 'Whales' exhibitions.

Wellington Zoo Wild Theatre
$1.7 million. The multipurpose performance building consists of tiered seating covered by a simple lean-to roof. The rear wall folds open to a public area.
Wellington Zoo 'The Hub'
$1.2 million. Multi-purpose facility including marquee events centre, coffee shop, playground and toilet facilities. A key feature is the retention of the iconic Elephant House facade.
Otago Museum Tropical Habitat, Dunedin
$1 million. Built to house live butterflies, the three-level 17-m high building included a garden requiring constant temperature and relative humidity, a 4m waterfall, and access ramps.
