Naylor Love has a management and technical staff of 50. Within
this staff, we have a wide skill base including:
Project
costing and estimating;
Professional
quantity surveying;
Civil
engineering;
Building technology;
Project management;
Construction
management.
Many of these staff have
comprehensive trade backgrounds, but
have advanced into management roles through
integrated in-house training programmes and tertiary
study.
SITE
MANAGERS
We have a team of 70 site
managers and foremen leading our carpentry and concrete teams, and co-ordinating
the subcontractor input on all of our projects.
Almost exclusively, these
people have undertaken trade apprenticeships, seventy-percent of them with
Naylor Love. Their advancement has been backed up by our in-house
supervisor training programmes.
TRADE
TEAMS
As
a matter of policy, Naylor Love
maintains a substantial carpentry trade staff and self-performs the
carpentry and concrete trades on most projects.
Our
current team of around 250 is the largest continuously employed trade
workforce in New Zealand.
We
are committed to maintaining an energetic and well trained workforce,
well-equipped to handle the latest materials and techniques.
We have a comprehensive trade apprenticeship programme with over 40
apprentices under training currently. We train more
carpentry apprentices than any other single industry employer in
New Zealand.

AND SUPPLIERS
Naylor
Love depends on the support of our subcontractors and suppliers working
with us as a close-knit team to achieve our clients objectives.
We
run a comprehensive relationships programme designed to ensure that each
project undertaken with Naylor Love will be enjoyable and profitable for
them. We have an enviable record of on-time payment. This is a cornerstone
principle of Naylor Loves operation.
