Performance management
Naylor Love is a founding supply chain member of the New Zealand Construction Clients' Group formed to promote and nurture the practice of ‘Constructing Excellence in New Zealand’.
Managing performance first requires measurement against a fixed performance benchmark so that the effects of management initiatives can be gauged, and ongoing improvements recognised.
Through a national benchmarking programme, we measure our performance against national standards published by the Centre for Advanced Engineering (CAE). We also set in-house standards, which are currently higher than the national standards.
