We are seeking an experienced office administrator with great organisational skills to support our busy Queenstown team. This is a fixed term, maternity cover position.
Key responsibilities in this pivotal role will include a combination of general administration duties, including the weekly processing of invoices and timesheets. This role includes front-desk reception duties, therefore a professional appearance and a friendly manner is essential.
As a person you will work well within a team, be a well presented ‘people person’ with great customer service, communication, and office/administrative skills. You will understand the need for urgency and prioritising your workload, and be willing to tackle challenges.
