Naylor Love is committed to continuous improvement across all management disciplines.  Quality assurance is no exception.

The basic principle which all of our quality initiatives are based upon is the client's entitlement to receive a facility constructed to the agreed standards, without fault and handed over within the agreed time frame.  Our internal quality goal is to see this achieved for the lowest possible cost.

Naylor Loves Best Practice Manual, incorporating our Quality Programme, sets the standards and practices to be applied to all Naylor Love projects.

Naylor Love has recently committed to a performance management programme that is currently unique in New Zealand, but based on similar very successful programmes in the UK. Our performance on all major contracts is benchmarked against national standards. Performance is measured both against internal KPIs and externally through ratings derived from client interviews.

This programme is backed up by our Best Practise team which develops and promotes the use of management tools designed to overcome identified weaknesses.
