$50 million. 23,000m2 of mixed retail development featuring The Warehouse Ltd, Countdown, carpark structures and 36 individual retail outlets spanning food, fashion, electrical goods and homewares.

Te Awa, The Base, Te Rapa, Hamilton
$100.0 million. A bulk retail centre with 68 tenancies and more than 44,000m2 of retail trading area.

The Warehouse Extra, Sylvia Park, Mount Wellington
$10.0 million. Multi-faceted project role including design, tenant liaison, planning and construction.

The Plaza Mall, Palmerston North (Lockwood Naylor)
$62.0 million. A fast-track refurbishment and extension to an existing shopping precinct including a three-level car park building.

Trentham City Shopping Centre, Hutt Valley
$24 million. Complex redevelopment of the Logan Plaza retail precinct, including new retail outlets and undercover car park. Wellington winner of retail and business category RMB awards 2007.

The Palms Earthquake Remedials, Christchurch
$25.0 million. Extensive refit following Christchurch earthquakes, involving structural strengthening and repairs to entire mall.

The Palms Mall, Christchurch
$33 million. Staged redevelopment of a suburban shopping mall, including a new supermarket and retail stores, three-storey car park building, new Farmers store and an 8-cinema multiplex.

Northwood SupaCentre, Belfast
$25 million. The major shopping complex included The Warehouse, Smiths City and a wide range of follow-on businesses.

New Regent Street, Christchurch
$3.0 million. In progress. Rebuild and structural strengthening of an historical art deco style precinct of individual shops - one of the few remaining precincts following the Christchurch earthquakes.

Mitre 10 Mega, Nelson
$5.8 million. New retail and trade store and garden centre. Canterbury retail project and business category winner RMB awards 2006.

Remarkables Park Shopping Centre, Queenstown
$60.0 million, work in progress. Four two- and three-storey buildings for retail and commercial space. Remarkables Park building 12 won an Otago RMB commercial award 2007.

Post Office Precinct, Queenstown
$50 million. Includes Queenstown Courthouse, Pig and Whistle Hotel and three other new buildings providing office space and car parking in the historic Post Office Precinct, and an all-weather piazza.

Wall Street Precinct, Dunedin CBD
$34.0 million. A three-storey retail complex consisting of an atrium, 18 retail outlets, café, office space and car parking, and undercover links to two adjacent shopping malls.

Bunnings Mt Roskill, Auckland
$13 million. 11,000m2 of retail space and a car park of the same size.

Bunnings Whangarei
$9 million. New 11,000m2 retail and trade warehouse.

Countdown Hornby, Christchurch
$7.5 million. 4000m2 supermarket, including 2400m2 retail area and a 1600m2 grocery store.
