The Plaza Mall, Palmerston North (Lockwood Naylor)
$62.0 million. A fast-track refurbishment and extension to an existing shopping precinct including a three-level car park building.

Pipitea Plaza, Wellington CBD
$55.0 million. A 5 Green Star, ten-storey office block with very sophisticated mechanical services, for tenancy by a government agency.

Whanganui Base Hospital, Whanganui (Lockwood Naylor)
$37.5 million. A complex redevelopment including construction of the perioperative block and acute services building while the hospital was operational.

Trentham City Shopping Centre, Hutt Valley
$24 million. Complex redevelopment of the Logan Plaza retail precinct, including new retail outlets and undercover car park. Wellington winner of retail and business category RMB awards 2007.

UCOL Whanganui Converge, Whanganui (Lockwood Naylor)
$23.0 million. Three-storey teaching block, refurbishment of four-storey heritage building, and refurbishment of existing teaching spaces. Regional winner of education category RMB awards 2008.

Hutt Valley Hospital
$8.5 million. Redevelopment included a breast screening facility, new MRI and CT unit, caesarian theatre, and baby resuscitation unit. A later stage involved relocatable temporary operating theatres.

Wellington Girls' College, Pipitea Block
$6.2 million. A four-storey hi-tech steel & glass building connected to existing school blocks.  Featuring reception, three levels of classrooms plus offices.  Two full-height atriums provide a social focus.

Boulcott Hospital, Hutt Valley
$4.9 million. Alterations and extensions, including a new operating theatre and additional ward space, to a fully functioning private hospital.

Wellington Zoo Hospital
$4.5 million. Built to ESD principles, the hospital includes a surgery, laboratory, dispensary, animal enclosures and saltwater pool.

University of Otago School of Medicine, Wellington
$14 million. An architecturally complex project, refurbishment of an existing building, and a new extension of state-of-the-art computer laboratories.

Trentham Military Camp Troop & HQ Building
$2.7 million.  A superb new building featuring administrative facilities and meeting rooms, together with a nine-bay vehicle warehouse.

Te Papa Exhibition Contract, Wellington
$2.7 million.  Eight exhibition projects over two years, including 'Tangata O Le Moana', 'Poisoners', 'Scots in NZ' and 'Whales' exhibitions.

Hutt Valley Activity Centre
$1.4 million.  600m2 of classrooms, administrative areas and a sports hall, constructed using ESD principles.

Wellington Zoo Wild Theatre
$1.7 million. The multipurpose performance building consists of tiered seating covered by a simple lean-to roof. The rear wall folds open to a public area.

Wellington Zoo 'The Hub'
$1.2 million.  Multi-purpose facility including marquee events centre, coffee shop, playground and toilet facilities.  A key feature is the retention of the iconic Elephant House facade.
