We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with great organisational skills to support our busy Wellington team.
Key responsibilities in this pivotal role will include a combination of general administration providing efficient office administration of accounts, timesheets and providing assistance to the Office Manager for the Wellington division, ensuring all administration functions are carried out in a timely manner. This role also includes front-desk reception duties, so a professional appearance and a friendly manner is essential.
This role requires a high level of professionalism coupled with the flexibility and ability to integrate into a close-knit team. To be considered for this you must be an experienced administrator, with excellent attention for detail with strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
