Whisky Ceremony, Christ’s College
Traditionally when a stone wall is built, a bottle of whisky is embedded in it for the stonemason who will repair it 100 years later. We were delighted to observe this old Scottish custom at our Tower Kitchen project at Christ’s College in Christchurch.
