High-end, fast-track commercial fitout.
Our Projects & Interiors team completed the fitout of Level 4 of the Queenstown Research & Innovation Centre in Remarkables Park Town Centre, transforming a base-build floorplate into a modern, functional workplace that makes the most of its spectacular mountain views.
The high-quality commercial fitout includes offices, meeting rooms, open plan workspaces and staff amenity areas, supported by contemporary kitchen facilities, premium flooring finishes, suspended ceilings and full interior detailing.
Our team worked closely with the building owner as selections were refined throughout the project, including wall coverings, paint colours and door hardware. Regular communication with the client and suppliers kept everyone in the loop as final decisions were made to prevent any delays to the fast-track programme.
