Ara trades employer expo
It was great to be back connecting with future talent at the Ara Institute of Canterbury Trades Employer Expo!
Our team spent a few hours engaging with students through a mix of hands-on activities and industry insights.
Two interactive challenges kept things lively: a “hit the nail home” competition and a surprisingly tricky tape measure accuracy challenge, both with $50 vouchers up for grabs. Special shoutout to Caitlin, who stole the show by driving the nail home in just three strikes to take out one of the top prizes.
Vince showcased how we’re using 3D modelling and prefabrication in construction, giving students a real-world look at how digital tools are shaping the industry.
