One of the challenges of diverting waste away from landfill and building a true circular economy is getting waste materials and excess building supplies back to where they can be recycled or reused.
Life cycle assessments
We’ll be sending energy and water usage statistics from one of our major Auckland projects to Aurecon to help them to develop more accurate benchmarks for the construction and installation process of the building life cycle.
Backyard trap box workshop
We helped out at a backyard trap box making workshop, using ply offcuts and other bits & pieces from the bins at our Christchurch sites to make rodent traps.
