General Manager – Operations

Andy joined Naylor Love at the beginning of 2025, when he returned to NZ from the UK after 24 years in the construction industry. He spent the last three years of his time overseas as the Managing Director of a major UK company’s international operations, spanning Europe, Dubai and Singapore.

Working across different countries and sectors gave Andy a unique perspective in driving operational consistency and striving for continuous improvement. He understands the importance of people, process and innovation in achieving operational excellence.

It is this focus that he brings to his role as General Manager – Operations, where he heads the team responsible for delivering Modern Methods of Construction (including digital modelling/BIM and identifying opportunities for finding efficiencies with modular construction and prefabrication), technical innovation and sustainability right across Naylor Love.
