Bruce has held senior commercial and project leadership roles across the New Zealand construction industry, working with leading contractors and developers on complex, high-value projects. He is recognised for combining strong commercial discipline with practical project delivery experience and a collaborative leadership style.

Appointed General Manager – Commercial in August 2026, Bruce leads Naylor Love’s national commercial team, overseeing commercial strategy, performance, governance, capability, and legal and contractual risk management.

His focus is on building on the strengths of Naylor Love’s industry-leading commercial function, promoting consistency and accountability and supporting our teams and construction partners to deliver successful outcomes.
