Darragh joined Naylor Love in 2010 and held several senior operational roles before being appointed as Regional Director of Auckland in February 2025. He has a wealth of construction experience, ranging from large infrastructure projects to high-rise mixed-use developments and large-scale retail in Ireland, Scotland and New Zealand.

Darragh has an excellent understanding of our clients’ requirements and prioritises a best for project approach. He is an accomplished communicator, known for his collaborative approach, innovative thinking and ability to develop high performing teams.
