Jackie Lloyd

Jackie is an independent director and joined the Naylor Love Board in March 2018. She is currently Chair of the University of Otago Governance Remuneration Advisory Group, Deputy Chair of The Lion Foundation and a director of CentrePort Limited and Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company Limited.

Jackie’s previous governance roles include AgResearch, Kiwi Group Holdings, NZ Post, New Zealand Cricket, Experience Wellington and Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa. She is a former President and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Prior to focusing on governance, Jackie was Global Human Resources Director for the New Zealand Dairy Board and NZMP Fonterra, and New Zealand Country Manager for Hewitt Associates and The Gallup Organization.

Jackie was appointed as Chair of our Board in November 2022.
