Jonny Eames

General Manager – Commercial

Jonny has more than 20 years of experience in senior construction roles. He initially trained as a Quantity Surveyor and spent 13 years working in Europe on large scale construction projects before returning to New Zealand and joining Naylor Love in November 2018.

As General Manager – Commercial, Jonny fosters relationships with our key clients and consultants, looking for collaborative approaches to ensure that every party gets the best outcomes. He plays an integral role in leading our regional and national teams, working to anticipate the more unpredictable situations, finding out-of-the-box solutions to benefit all project stakeholders. Jonny also oversees our industry-leading project procurement and commercial systems.

Jonny brings broad international experience, commercial acumen and a solutions-focused approach to Naylor Love. He is based in our Christchurch office.
