Jonny Eames

General Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Preconstruction

Jonny has more than 20 years of experience in senior construction roles. He initially trained as a Quantity Surveyor and spent 13 years working in Europe on large scale construction projects before returning to New Zealand and joining Naylor Love in November 2018.

As General Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Preconstruction, Jonny works with our clients, consultants and supply chain to ensure that Naylor Love continues to offer the best construction solutions for the New Zealand market, including Design & Build delivery models. He also leads our Preconstruction team and guides the Naylor Love Health Hub initiative.

Jonny brings broad international experience, commercial acumen and a solutions-focused approach to Naylor Love. He is based in our Christchurch office.
