Keren Blakey

Keren, an independent director, joined the Naylor Love Board in July 2026. She brings more than three decades of governance, audit and risk leadership, including 18 years as a PwC partner and, most recently, Chair of PwC New Zealand.

Keren is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Southern Cross Medical Care Society, serves on the Financial Markets Authority’s Auditor Oversight Committee and is a trustee of the University of Auckland Foundation. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
