Mike’s background is in quantity surveying and estimating. He has over three decades of construction experience across a wide range of sectors and at every stage of project delivery, from early contractor involvement through to ensuring client satisfaction well beyond practical completion.

He is well known and respected in the South Island market, with a reputation as a collaborative, people centric leader who prioritises relationships.

Mike joined Naylor Love as Canterbury Regional Director in June 2026, overseeing both our Christchurch and Nelson teams.
