Tom Ryder

Director – Naylor Love Auckland Ltd & Naylor Love Waikato BoP Ltd

Tom joined our Auckland team in 2006, working his way up from Site Manager to Operations Manager. He took over as Regional Director of our Auckland and Waikato/BoP divisions in March 2024.

Tom has an impressive track record of managing a diverse range of construction projects in New Zealand and the UK, leading teams to complete projects to exacting standards within tight timeframes.

Commercially astute and client focussed, his management style is one of consistent and open communication, teamwork and leading by example.
