Women in Construction Week lunch
Lots of conversation, laughter and kai as we welcomed Board Chair Jackie Lloyd to a special Women in Construction Week lunch at our Auckland office.
With leadership as the theme, Jackie shared insights from her personal and professional journey, including the importance of truly understanding the business and where each of us fits within it. She also spoke about the value of having people who believe in you, people who will advocate for you, and how these relationships often shape opportunities.
Jackie noted the importance of diversity, not only in representation but in the conversations and the perspectives that women bring to the table. She also reminded us that fun matters too!
Jackie also joined our Central Otago team for breakfast and a kōrero during Women in Construction Week.
