IL4 emergency services equipment store completed on a tight budget.

Our Central Otago Projects & Interiors team completed a resource shed for Fire and Emergency New Zealand on the corner of Frankton – Ladies Mile Highway and Stalker Road. The resource shed is not a full fire station but a basic, residential base that helps local firefighters to access their equipment quickly and efficiently.

The shed includes a vehicle bay, toilet, shower and decontamination wash area, and is built to IL4. It is constructed of steel portal frame and insulated Conqueror panel.

We kept disruption to a minimum by arranging plant and material deliveries outside peak traffic times, keeping the neighbours updated, and minimising noisy works.

Our team completed all the works, including site preparation and landscaping, ensuring that the project could be completed within a tight budget.
