First Table office fitout

Our Projects & Interiors team delivered a high-quality office fitout for restaurant booking platform First Table. The project transformed an existing commercial tenancy into a tailor-made workplace, creating new meeting rooms, offices and shared amenities within the existing footprint.

Works included demolition of existing partitions and finishes, new full-height glazed aluminium partitions and sliding doors, a kitchenette, flooring, ceiling upgrades, acoustic treatments, mechanical, electrical and plumbing alterations, fire protection modifications and associated painting and finishing.

The scope evolved during construction, with regular design changes and clarifications issued while works were underway. With the architect based outside the region, our team maintained momentum through proactive communication, close stakeholder engagement and careful coordination.

The completed workspace provides First Table with a fresh, well-planned office that makes the most of a compact space.
