Early involvement and smart procurement delivers results.

We were engaged to deliver a fast-track residential development of six two-storey duplex apartments in Queenstown. The project started with a negotiated budget to establish feasibility, followed by a full tender process. A hybrid procurement strategy was adopted to balance cost certainty and flexibility, with P&G, concrete and carpentry packages agreed at a fixed price and the remaining trades procured on an open book basis.

We supported the client throughout the process, helping to negotiate pricing down to deliver real value through transparency and market engagement.

The apartments feature timber framed construction and hardy Colorsteel cladding and roofing, delivered move-in ready complete with kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, finishes and landscaping.

We completed the project in just seven months, ahead of schedule and under budget, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality outcomes through early contractor involvement, value engineering and collaborative procurement.
