Lower Queen Street Health 2 fitouts

We returned to Lower Queen Street Health 2 in Richmond at the end of 2022 to complete fitout projects for two new tenancies, an accountancy firm and medical specialists.

Both projects involved installing timber framed walls and joinery, internal aluminium joinery, mechanical and fire protection alterations, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, plasterboard linings, stopping and painting. We used noise blankets and completed noisy work outside normal business hours to reduce disruption to the existing tenants.

The projects were completed at the height of Covid-related building material supply disruptions. Our team ensured that the fitouts stayed on track by keeping the client and consultants informed, proposing alternative products, and arranging a later installation date with the tenant for one component to ensure that they could move into their new premises on time.
