Twenty Two Mokoia fitout

Our Projects &Interiors team delivered a bespoke wellness tenancy fitout to an exceptionally high standard within a tight 12-week programme. The scope included façade alterations and a full internal reconfiguration, transforming the old Birkenhead Post Office into a luxury wellness centre and café.

Twenty Two Mokoia incorporates a Reformer Pilates studio, café / barista station, reception, fully refurbished bathrooms and showers, and multiple private consultation studios, all finished to provide a premium client experience. The key focus was the delivery of three sauna and cold plunge therapy rooms, each featuring distinct finishes and detailing.

The project required close coordination across trades to manage multiple materials, tight tolerances and specialist installations. Particular attention was given to junctions, interfaces, lighting, moisture management and services integration to ensure the spaces perform as well as they present.

The result is a high quality, cohesive fitout that reflects an uncompromising approach to quality, even under significant time pressure.
