Resource Sorter relaunch
We’re excited to announce the relaunch of our Resource Sorter – Construction course!
We’re proud to welcome Besafe Training as our new supporting partner, joining forces with Sime Group who have been with us from the very beginning.
As Auckland Environmental Manager Annie Day says,
The Resource Sorter – Construction Course trains personnel to identify, sort and divert materials that would otherwise be discarded. It’s about embedding sustainability into the daily operations of construction sites, not as an afterthought but as a core practice. Having a trained Resource Sorter on site means less waste, lower disposal costs, cleaner workspaces, and better compliance with environmental standards.
We held an event with members of our Auckland construction community to mark the occasion. It was a great opportunity to walk through the resource recovery setup on one of our sites, share ideas and see the course’s impact in a site environment.
