Tauranga volunteer day
Our Tauranga team swapped hard hats and laptops for gumboots and gumption, spending the day volunteering at a native planting event in Tauriko.
Armed with spades, gloves and plenty of enthusiasm, they planted more than 800 native plants, giving the local environment a helping hand while discovering that digging holes is dirtier than it looks.
There may have been a little friendly competition over who could plant the fastest or the straightest, but everyone pitched in to make the day a success. It’s all part of Naylor Love’s commitment to giving back to the places where we live and work, while having a lot of fun along the way.
