2025 Property Industry Awards
We had a successful night at the Property Industry Awards, with a Best in Category, three Excellence awards, and one Merit!
With a Best in Category in the Civic, Health and Arts Property Award AND an Excellence in the Sustainable Building Property Award, Te Hurihanga Ō Rangatahi – The Youth Hub won big at the Property Industry Awards!
Other winning projects that we are very proud to have been part of were Auckland University of Technology – Tukutuku, with an Excellence in the Education Property Award, Resido with an Excellence in the Multi Unit Property Award, and Punangairi Visitor Experience Centre with a Merit in the Tourism and Leisure Property Award.
We were honoured to sponsor the Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award, and what a lineup of award winners – congratulations to everyone involved in the Deloitte Centre, Ngāmoto House, Ivey West & Memorial Hall, Metropolitan Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Pearson House, Te Whare o Rehua Sarjeant Gallery, 43 College Hill, Kai Tahi and Port Otago Annex!
