2026 Sustainable Business Awards finalists
We’re delighted to have two finalists in the 2026 Sustainable Business Awards, recognising work that is changing how construction waste is reduced, reused and recycled.
In Queenstown, our work with AllWaste has helped lift local construction waste recycling from almost nothing in 2020 to nearly 60 per cent today, keeping almost 8,000 tonnes out of landfill since 2022.
In Wellington, our Designing Out Waste pilot is using digital construction modelling to reduce waste before materials are even ordered, refining layouts and procurement early to avoid unnecessary offcuts.
Congratulations to everyone involved! It’s fantastic to see this mahi recognised alongside others helping shift the dial on sustainability in Aotearoa New Zealand.
